In this relaxing and informal workshop, you will be introduced to the basic concepts of mindful self-compassion.

You will learn how to use these concepts to embrace yourself as you are, release limiting beliefs (such as "I'm not good enough") and foster a more supportive relationship with yourself.

The workshop will cover:

  • What is self-compassion and why we need it more than ever before

  • How to practise being kind to yourself without being self-indulgent

  • Letting go of perfection and releasing self-criticism

  • How self-compassion makes you more open to supporting others
